"I would like to do a big shoutout to Shannon! I had made a claim several weeks ago, and the process was so confusing with speaking to different people every time. Today I finally spoke to Shannon and she knew how frustrated I was. She jumped in with 2 feet and helped me get on the right track for my claim. I cannot say enough about her. Customer service was beyond anyone I’ve talked to in the last month. I am older and don’t understand a lot of computer things, and she walked me through everything and did the phone calls, so I didn’t have to be more confused than I was already.
